Cottage Gigi is a Smart and Convenient stone-house set along the narrow street of the ancient hamlet of Ruota, in the Compitese area 14 kms south of Lucca. The stone house has direct access from the street. From the upper floor bedroom there is access to the outdoor reachable through a path. At the top of the hill on the back of the house there is an above-the-ground pool and a small hayloft with a dining table with view, a simple kitchenette and bathroom.
COMPOSITION:
Ground Floor: entrance, living area with dining, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, Garage for 1 car.
First Floor: a Master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk beds.
Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, access to the outdoor on the back of the house (from there guests can walk up the pathway to reach the pool).
Note: the bedroom with bunk beds it is not air conditioned.
A public parking is located in the village, 90 metres away.
