What a complete sh*t show to check in! It is listed under a management company, but I would have rather just dealt with the amazing home owner! Armani didn't answer my calls or text for 24 hours while I was traveling with my family to Italy. Finally made it to Italy and still no answer. No check in instructions. Had to blow him up, call VRBO to complain and then I got a random text from someone named Michelle. Got told right before check in about a cleaning fee. WHAT?! Home looks nothing like the photos, beds are hard as a rock. Pillows are not pillows. they are rolled up fabric. Had to pay for sheets and linens and then MAKE THE BEDS MYSELF. They were brand new, in the package but smelt SO terrible we had to hang them over the ledge outside to air out. Make sure you have whatsapp cause thats the only way this Armani guy will communicate with you. They will charge you city fees per person per day. Linens and towels. And now supposedly a cleaning fee. Listing states beach chair and umbrella is included... just another lie. Lies Lies Lies
