Mehr Schein als sein.

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber. Das Sofa eine Katastrophe. WLAN kaum vorhanden. Geschirrtücher nicht vorhanden. Geschirr unzureichend. Nur Wassergläser. Fliegenschutz Rollo defekt. Wurde auch nicht ausgetauscht. Angeblich bestellt aber Lieferschwierigkeiten. In der Tiefgarage haben wir neue Rollos gesehen. Wurden aber nicht ausgetauscht. Keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine. Keine Erstausstattung in der Küche. Die Lage ist super, toller Pool aber die Ferienwohnung ist total abgewohnt. Schade.

Schöne Appartementanlage nahe am Meer

Schöne, sehr dicht besiedelte Appartementanlage nahe am Meer. Eine breitere Straße und ca. 500 m vom Meer entfernt, je nachdem wie weit man in der Anlage wohnt. Schöne kleine Bäckerei, Pizzeria und Ital. Bar in der Anlage. Caorle ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und haben es als sehr ruhig genossen.

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber und auch die Bungalows sehen sehr ansprechend aus, aber die uns zugewiesene Wohnung im Haupthaus (Code CAO 646) ist für 4 Personen zu klein und das Bett eine Katastrophe (Matratze durchgelegen und quietscht), sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und Liegen immer ausreichend vorhanden.
