Comfortable two-storey townhouse house featuring a balcony and a private garden, located in a residence with shared outdoor pools. It can accommodate up to six guests. The property is composed of an open plan kitchen, a dining/living room with a trundle bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with one uncovered parking space, and a washing machine. Beach distance: 440mt. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. Tennis court available for a fee > 5 euros per hour.

Not nice!

Das Haus und Einrichtung sind stark abgenutzt. Die Fotos vom Inserat mindestens 10 Jahre alt. Das Haus war nicht wirklich endgereinigt. Der Garten lag noch voll Müllreste. Rasen war nicht wirklich gut. Terrasse sehr schmutzig. Geschirr vom Vorgänger nicht richtig abgewaschen. (Kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden!). Kein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse (volle Morgensonne)!. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber kühlt kaum die Schlafräume. Entweder ist es warm oder laut. Der frei zugängliche Pool war das Beste in der Anlage. Der Ort selbst ist nicht sehr schön. Entweder Caorle oder nach Westen an Strand BajaBlue.
