This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. What a great house! It is clean and thoughtfully put together. Big spacious back yard, quiet neighborhood. The arcade was a hit with both the adults and the kids. Very nostalgic for me. Steven was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. He went above and beyond and was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The boys loved the entertainment room and arcade games. They also had lots of fun in the nice backyard feeding and naming all the deer. The location seemed to be central to all the places we wanted to go. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back!
