With 2BD/1BA pull-out couch, the house sleeps up to 6 guests. Perfect for families and couples, come and enjoy a delightful stay at our lakeside retreat.



The Space:

Just one block from the boat ramp, with space to park a boat or trailer, enjoy a refreshing dip or bring some water toys to play in Canyon Lake on a beautiful summer day! The newly updated two bed one bath has ample deck seating to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Gather with friends or family around the firepit, play a fun game of cornhole or stretch out on the hammock in the backyard area. This home is great for both a couples getaway or small families or groups.

Conveniently located two miles from Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe on The Guadalupe River. Grab a bite to eat at restaurants in Sattler and Startzville.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $95+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

We have a 24/7 team dedicated to our rentals in Canyon Lake and our local property manager is available to be at the property.
