Excellent location and wonderful staff. Property was a bit dated but could be considered "charming". It was hot and muggy so lack of AC or a fan in the room made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again.

The staff is amazing and super friendly. Hotel located in a great spot for walking about and getting the tram. Breakfast was nice and they accommodated for me being gluten free ( so had gluten free bread each morning already waiting for me).

Elegant, clean and very convenient to the beat of Zürich. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Lisa gave us a walking map and made great suggestions. This hotel also can provide tickets to the train and Opera. Close to the lake and train stations. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant stay with everything available that is required for a solo traveler. The location was perfect and just a street away from the lake. It felt safe to walk back at night. The only thing missing was sufficient fans or air conditioning in the summer.
