Wonderful Stay

Great sized room, nice bathroom, nice room amenities. I AR earlier than check-in time but was able to check in. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices. Just across street from train and bus stations. Convenient walk to everything.

Breakfast buffet was the best I had in my time in Switzerland, the reception staff were very friendly both arriving and checking out. Right opposite the buses and train station so convenient for exploring further afield. The room was great value with plenty of space, very clean and light, with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Would 100% stay here again!

I have wonderful experience. The breakfast was really good. 2 mins walk from train. Very convenient location. Hotel offers complimentary zine transport which is an added bonus. The front desk employees are very friendly and provided us a wonderful guide fir our 2 days at St Gallant.

The reception was courteous and very helpful. Set me up with a hotel pass for the local transport. Gave me a map and provided useful suggestions Upgraded me when they realized it was my birthday. The breakfast was wonderful.

Excellent and nice surprise - great price- beautiful- staff- Marta at front desk amazing. Truly lovely and so helpful. Breakfast included that was a huge buffet - complimentary coffee in lobby and in the room was a surprise. First location in 2 weeks in Switzerland where I didn’t have to pay for coffee. Location ideal. I will definitely return! Thank you for a lovely stay- wish it was more than one night.

Very impressed with how clean and helpful the staff were at the hotel is. Only slight downside pillows were too soft and felt non existent, ended up sleeping on all pillows to try and sleep
