Home is among the trees above the river, just steps away from the water's edge, giving a treehouse feel. The aged open-beam ceiling gives a warm cozy feeling inside. This cabin is window-filled and rustic with modern touches and will not disappoint. Turn into the private driveway and you will immediately feel you are away from it all yet you are close to towns, hiking, waterfalls, scenic drives all just minutes away and a golf course three minutes from the house. It's everything you've been looking for. Open all the windows and enjoy the breeze in summer or cozy up in the cabin with a fireplace in winter. Come as you are, relax in the home, lounge on the decks, enjoy the river and soak in the hot tub by the river. Have a outdoor fire, grill out, play darts, board games, cornhole, or just explore the property. The property is wooded and flat with plenty of walking space and 800 ft of private river for swimming, tubing, and fishing. In the summer, the home is very private and protected by the leaves, and in winter, a little more open to neighbors but still plenty of privacy. The owner lives next door and across the river, so privacy is assured. There is an easy-access beach area and island that is ever-changing as the river comes and goes—plenty of outdoor seating options. RiverRocks is a special natural setting that is beautifully rugged and tranquil, yet not remote. RiverRocks is best enjoyed in the summer but awesome in spring, fal,l and winter too! Please know the loft is open to living room and the second bedroom is smaller in size and is right next to the dining room with heavy drape to separate the space. It has never been an issue for guests...but we like to make sure guests will be in a cozy environment. 25 years of age requirement for the main booking party. Six guests maximum. The cabin is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
