INDOOR: 18’ ceiling in 30x48’ combined living room/kitchen/dining area + dedicated work spaces + 3 Bdrm + 2 full baths + Wi-Fi. Well-stocked with cooking supplies, serving essentials, high quality bathroom amenities (toilet paper and toiletries), additional linens, and at least two towels of each type per guest.

OUTDOOR: 100' x 100' pad with fire pit + Adirondak chairs + picnic table + surrounded by pastures and horses
