Clean, great location, very comfy
This place was excellent. Checkin was simple, all the linens and towels were high quality, the house was very clean. Parking was easy and restaurants were a block away. I'd stay again!

Great place!
Loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. Only thing that I didn’t love, the hot tub is shared with 2 other properties and I did not think that was clear in the listing. The cleaning fee was a bit steep for 2 people staying 1 night, especially after being asked to clean our dishes and strip our own beds. However, these were the only things that were less than perfect, everything else was great!

Royal Gorge Get-a-way
I stayed with my Mom and her BF (in their 80's) for two nights and we all found this retreat to be comfortable, charming and very convenient to town. The special touches like a welcome sign, snacks and quick responses from the owner regarding questions - made the stay even better and were much appreciated. Highly recommend.
