Our room was clean. There was a bit of a damp old smell. Probably because it is on the coast and it is rainy and cool most of the year. The exterior of the buildings are run down and in need of a "face-lift". Service was attentive when needed. Check-in and out went smoothly. Overall I would rate this property a 3.5.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach with nice creek access. It was close to restaurants and shopping in the downtown Cannon Beach area. Beautiful location, big rooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for our family getaway to the Oregon Coast.

Loved this place. Girl at front desk was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Had a very homey feeling. Was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and convenient to everything. If we’re ever in the area again we will stay here.

I recently stayed at this charming historic property and overall had a pleasant experience. The building has a lot of character and old-world charm, but the room could definitely use some updating—especially the furnishings and bathroom fixtures, which felt a bit worn. That said, everything was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. One of the biggest perks is the location—just a short, easy walk to Cannon Beach, which made exploring the area super convenient.

Fun trip away to the beach

It is a nice cozy and quaint quiet hotel. We really enjoyed the rustic rooms that have a history with the town. It was a nice stay.

Property was very clean, water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, although the shower head was a bit low but that’s not a huge deal. It is a bit dated, but all in all I would stay there again.

The cabin was very clean and the two beds were comfortable. It’s an older facility which had a few quirks; like the floor sloped, so when you laid in the bed it felt were going to roll out of the bed. Also, there was a gap at the top of the door, so much so you could see daylight. The price for two nights was very reasonable. The bathroom was very clean and the water got hot quickly. They do have a blow dryer which was a plus for me. The location is close to downtown Cannon Beach.
