Bright and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in a secure building with a lift. 68m2 space offers comfort and privacy.

The apartment was fully renovated and features new double glass windows, wooden floors, quality bed and mattress, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and oven and microwave. The master bedroom has king size bed and is connected to bathroom EnSite. The second bedroom has queen size bed which can be divided to twin beds. Both bedrooms have black out shutters and a wardrobe with lots of storage room. A big wardrobe is also in a hallway.
2 balconies with extra outdoor space with lovely seating.

Located in a quiet,residential area 500m from the centre to reach shops, restaurants and cafes. The train station is 5 minutes walk and the croisette beach is 7 minutes away, It is very safe and nice area with a lovely green park just outside the building.
