The hotel is very nice The location is very good. It is located close to old town and close to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel is small but serves everything. The staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is available onsite

Just got back after 3 nights. Hotel was OK. Our room did smell of tobacco smoke which the kind girl from reception smelled too. She did put an air purifier in for a while which helped a bit. Unfortunately they were fully booked so we could not be moved. We just kept the window open and put our clothes in the wardrobe. Can't comment on the hotels food as we always eat out wherever we see locals eating. The spa was adequate. Good location and only a short walk to everything. As the title says, the staff here are very kind and friendly.

The Royal Beach club was brilliant; not at all pretentious, great food, really friendly staff and beautiful water to swim in. Will definitely be coming back. The Royal hotel, just across the road, was great to stay at as well owing to the great staff and the perfect location.

This hotel does not have its own beach. You have to pay extra, for a public beach opposite which anyone can visit. The manager at the time I visited was a liar and accused me of criminal damage. I would not visit again.

We stayed at the Royal Antibes for three nights. The hotel was relaxing from the first moment - as soon as I pulled my car up, the valet came along to help with the luggage and took the car away to be parked. Check in was fuss-free and the receptionist showed us to our room, the valet following with the luggage. The room was impressive, we stayed in room 53, which is a handicap adapted room. It was one of the best adapted rooms we have stayed in (my travelling companion is disabled), as it was absolutely huge, had an enormous wet-room and a large separate toilet room. An added bonus was a separate bath in addition to the wet-room shower, which is extremely rare to find in accessible rooms. The room was very stylish and modern, with bathrobes and a turn-down service (with chocolates!). We used the hotel beach for a day which was a great way to spend a day. My only criticism is that the staff on the beach were a little disinterested, and not as welcoming as they could be. The food on the beach was delicious, although the whole day was rather expensive with the sunbed hire costs too. Overall, I am really pleased to have stayed here as it made the French Riviera that little more exclusive and glamorous!

We had a glorious time staying here and will certainly be back. Excellent service and always a friendly smile. Gorgeous sea view and excellent wine and menu choice. Loved our 10 days here. Loved having our breakfast on the terrace.

We stayed at this hotel in a classic and superior room. Neither had a good view but were very clean, modern and well serviced. Lovely staff. Free wifi but all other extras expensive notably the beach club which shares the same cove as the free public beach a 1 min stroll across the road. €20-30 plus €5 for a towel just wasn't worth it. Bring your own beach towels and go to the public beach, there is a laundry room in the hotel. Also breakfast at €15 is overpriced, just go to the boulangerie a minutes walk away to the right - friendly staff and delicious pastries. Short walk to main town and close to bus stop taking you to cap d'antibes (#2 get off at La Fontaine') for a fantastic 2hr walk along the coast. Finish at Le Rocher restaurant at Plage Garoupe for a wonderful lunch.

Great location, well maintained hotel and friendly staff. And this is the first hotel in France where the wifi functioned !!! ;-))) We had a nice breakfast at the cafe, and we will be happy to return in the future

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. Louis Philippe at concierge was just wonderful. he was incredibly helpful, helped us to plan our Monaco and Saint tropez trips. Can't praise him enough, he made our stay even more memorable and special. Also managed to get us a last minute taxi so we would not miss the ferry to Saint tropez. he is wonderful as are rest of the staff at reception.

Very happy with our stay at royal Antibes. It is a very clean and nice hotel with good size on the rooms. Connected to the hotel is also a beachclub. This beachclub is prices 20-30 eur per sunbed in high Season. The hotel is also located close to the old part of Antibes and where most of the good restaurants are. Beach wise I would recommend to go to Juan les pin instead of this side because it it a lot more beachclubs and a bit more windy. You can walk from the hotel about 15-20 minutes, take the bus or an uber. We really liked the location and it was nice in the evening to be able to walk to all the restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast for 16 eur extra, I was not blown away by the breakfast and if you have the time I would recommend to visit some of the nice breakfast places in old town instead. The cleaning service was very good at this hotel with housekeeper 2 times a day. We also had lunch at this hotel and it was good.
