Very happy with our stay at royal Antibes. It is a very clean and nice hotel with good size on the rooms. Connected to the hotel is also a beachclub. This beachclub is prices 20-30 eur per sunbed in high Season. The hotel is also located close to the old part of Antibes and where most of the good restaurants are. Beach wise I would recommend to go to Juan les pin instead of this side because it it a lot more beachclubs and a bit more windy. You can walk from the hotel about 15-20 minutes, take the bus or an uber. We really liked the location and it was nice in the evening to be able to walk to all the restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast for 16 eur extra, I was not blown away by the breakfast and if you have the time I would recommend to visit some of the nice breakfast places in old town instead. The cleaning service was very good at this hotel with housekeeper 2 times a day. We also had lunch at this hotel and it was good.

This is a modern looking hotel. The service was very good. It is very functional and clean - but lacking in old school charm (if that's what you are looking for). The location is excellent - you can walk to all the bars, cafes and restaurants in old town in 10 minutes. We didn't have a car, but there appears to be a ramp leading down to the basement for car parking. There is no pool at the hotel, but you can go across the road to the beach club and rent a sun lounger for the day. It's not cheap once you factor in the food and drink you buy, but it's well worth it. We stayed on the pier. You have beach towels, waiters, bar, clean toilets, you can eat lunch sitting down at the restaurant or have them bring you the food. It makes for a nice day lying around in the sun. You can go in the water via the beach or just go into the deeper area via some pool like metal steps. Can't comment on the food as I did not have any. There is a ver nice french bakery down the street if you want to go and get pain au chocolate and coffee in the morning. Bed was a nice king size, but pillows a little hard for my liking. Room and bathroom was clean, and nice walk in shower. This was a very nice hotel and I would recommend.

Stayed 2 nights here with another couple. The place is very nice clean and in a great location with a great beach bar across the road. The rooms are ok, slightly small but a comfy bed, great shower and clean. The breakfast is good, very fresh and plenty of choice and quiet reasonable in price €12 or €15 for the continental or cooked. The bar on an evening is a pleasant place, not cheap but good drinks and helpful staff. Just don`t write the wrong room number as they get quite upset by this! The stars of the show are the location and staff. The desk staff and concierge were great in helping and recommending where to go and what to do!

We are always delighted to return to the Royal Antibes hotel - and, as usual, we were not dissapointed. This really has such a great location, with all the facilities you need for a top class, luxury break. We stayed in a Cap d'Antibes sea-view suite - which for two people is a great choice - highly recommended. All the rooms are air-conditioned - a must in the summer season. The two restaurants (one next to the beach, one in the hotel) are both excellent. Like all good restaurants in this area next to the ocean, the food isn't cheap - but the quality is great. We particularly like the fact that you get a good selection vegetables (which, unfortunately , is not the case in many French restaurants). The staff were most helpful, both in the hotel and the restaurant - which made our visit special. All, in all, another great stay!

Nice hotel, modern style, well kept. lovely beech restaurant which is part of the hotel but you have to cross the road to get there. Rooms were a little smaller than i'd hoped, but for our one night stay it was fine. Nice food and lovely location,

We just returned from spending 4 nights at the Royal Antibes Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. It was just what we were looking for! The location is perfect right across from the beach and close walking distance to all the sights and events going on in the Old Town. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helpful and kind. We loved the access to the Lounge area across at the beach and spent many a late afternoon sitting enjoying the view with a glass of wine or coffee. Are there little things that could have been improved - always. No place is perfect. But nothing that detracted from our stay and nothing that would prevent me from highly recommended it to anyone visiting in the area.

As we were coming to Antibes for 8 days we decided to book one of the Mediterranean apartments. As soon as we walked through the door we knew we had made the right choice. The view of the bay before us took our breath away. The lounge and the two bedrooms have full length windows that open onto a large balcony. A perfect place for breakfast if you don't want to go down to the restaurant. The kitchen was well equipped if you should want to dine in. Spacious lounge and the two bedrooms are a great size. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were kept spotless. The hotel has a great laid back atmosphere with all staff very friendly and helpful. The private beach across the road is perfect for a day of rest. Wonderful service bringing drinks and snacks to your sun bed and great food in the restaurant. The beach area is small so if it's lots of sand you are after the public beach is a very short walk and great for swimming. The hotel restaurant has the same relaxed vibe and the food was great. Again wonderful friendly service. Perfectly located for the old town, the marina and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Antibes is one of our favourite towns and hope to return again and when we do we will 100% be booking to stay here. Faultless !!! Thank you for the perfect stay!

I requested a twin bedded, quiet room with bathtub, on a low floor. For medical reasons, these requirements can make or break a holiday for me. The hotel was not aware of that in my request to them. The hotel satisfied every one of my requests. The staff were always smiling, and helpful with directions to various locations. I wanted to stay in the Old Town. My friend wanted to stay here. I'm very glad we did. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. I can definitely recommend this hotel in terms of the above.

Stayed in an apartment for one night. The hotel is very classy but a bit cold. The beach area with the restaurant is really great though. Food is real good and the location is one of the very best in Antibes. Cannot understand however why you have to pay 35 euros a person to use the beach which is just next to the public beach.- not least considering that they do not have a pool and that the hotel is already quite expensive. Would suggest to stay somewhere else. Use the bar area by the beach and the public beach instead of paying lots of money for nothing ....

We had a room with a balcony that faced another building, rather than the sea, and perhaps for that reason we didn't really use it - there was no view, but there was a table and four chairs, and it was handy to dry our swimming costumes out there. We had a little kitchenette and lounge with a separate bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the toilet was very high! I am tall with long legs, and I found it strange to be perched up so high, so I don't know how short people would manage! Maybe reception would provide a step... All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the chambermaids in particular were charming. It was a nice touch that they brought a little box of sweets every afternoon, and checked that the rooms were perfect. We had breakfast one day for 15 euros, but didn't bother again. The self-service breakfast area was small and a bit crowded if anyone else wanted to use it at the same time, and it was only a continental breakfast with not the best croissants, although the seedy bread was excellent. Instead, we had fabulous, ultra-fresh croissants and coffee at a bakery close to the hotel. One evening we had a couple of cocktails in the hotel bar, and they were delicious, though very expensive at 12 euros each (perhaps due to the pound:euro exchange rate - everything cost so much in France!). Similarly, the cost of renting a sunbed for the day on the private beach was either 25 or 35 euros per day, depending upon the location. It looked pretty nice there, but given that I earn about 12 euros per hour, I couldn't justify paying a day's wages just for the two of us to lay on an airbeds for the day! Instead, we made the short walk to another larger, clean, sandy beach and sunbathed and swam there. If it had been cheaper, or if we'd been richer, we would have used the hotel's beach. Overall, I'd love to return, but I would not pay extra for a balcony unless it had a sea view.
