I stayed 1 night, and it was very good. I enjoyed staying at your hotel. the room was big and clean with a nice balcon and view. The receptionist was very nice. The only recomendation that reception can work more flexible by time during busy times in Cannes as Mapic. Thank you.
I am second time in this hotel. Nice rooms and clean ,but carpet on corridor (4 floor need to be exchange),Very near to railways station SNCF ,festival palace and to city center I hope I will back next year.
We stayed at this hotel for just 1 night. Check-in is only after 5, which means you dont get to park your car in their garage and have to pay 'double' in the center. They sell their rooms as silent/ noise-cancelling. Let's keep it decent and say the rooms are not. It sounds like you are in a restaurant kitchen during rush hour. No sound isolation from the outside nor the inside of the hotel. The furniture is old and not so comfy, the shower doesnt have a place to put the shower head and the toilet doesnt even have a 'roll-holder'.. The location is great, only 5 minutes from the shopping are and 10 to the beach, but you can't enjoy the shopping if you can't sleep because of the noise. Is it cheap? Yes. Do i recommend it? No.
The room was of a nice size with two extra bunk beds in the hall/kitchen and a nice sunny terrace, however the cleanliness is not the best. The sheets smelled like they had been left too long in the washer, the blanket was full of black hairs (dog?) and the kettle had been used for boiling milk and not washed. "Cleaning" means they do up the bed, nothing else. Location is great though. Nice quiet street close to everything if you don't mind a bit of an uphil walk on the way home. Value for money is great when there is no fair, but appalling during. Service is ok apart from the fact that check in is after 5 pm (!) and check out at 10 am. You'd think they'd have time for better cleaning in between...
Broken toilet seat, broken hair dryer, refrigerator stinks, room wasn't clean enough (somebody's hair all around). Nice parking and great location. Friendly staff. //filling the space to fit minimum length of the comment (whaat?)
Hotel has excellent location and garden is really nice. Staff was really helpful and spoke good English. But the room didn't contain ANY electric sockets. Only ones where for the table lamps which needed to be removed for charging devices. Also air condition was set to hot even if the temperatures where between 20-25 while stay (some hotel guests where blaming cold weather and it was set to hot)
The apartment was spacious with all the amenities ones needs. We loved the balcony which had a glorious view of the neighbourhood and the piece the resistance .......the sea! The twin beds were very comfortable and the breakfast very good. Overall the property is well worth the cost, the staff polite and helpful, the location was perfect for the beach and surrounding areas..........loved the underground parking for our hire car. PS. WIFI signal was fast and free!
Only book if you don't mind staying in a hovel. We stayed one night but wouldn't have stayed that if we had somewhere else to go. Plus there was no one else on reception until following morning. Myself and husband were nearly in tears. We had taken more than 2 days to get there, keys had been left for us in a secure place due to our delayed arrival. There was no-one to contact so we started our list of complaints. One if the worst things was the dark dingy corridors that stank and had dirty carpets. As did the carpet in the Studio flat. only 1 of 4 electric sockets working. We had to unplug TV to make a hot drink, charging our phones and iPad a nightmare. Along with having a lamp on. The kitchenette is a joke as is equipment provided to cook and eat. Furniture old and worn, grubby curtains, the list is endless. There was a grubby, ill equipped shower room, paint peeling off the walls. Light fitting over bed contained dead insects and dirt. The ice box in the fridge had no cover and there was a block of ice stuck to it that would rival the Titanic one. The receptionist the following morning was very nice and did her best to take all information to pass to the Manager, who would not be un for a couple of days. It was obvious she worked under duress. Photos online of this place were obviously taken many years previous or photoshopped? Only reception area and dining room are presentable, the rest us a nightmare. Don't bother trying to contact manager as he wont get back to you!
the staff is great even though not there all day. go shopping before. once parked, don't more car. the shower has good water but very small. need more storage in bathroom. large trash bins. balcony needs cleaning.
Excellent experience in a very good price. The rooms are very clean. A small kitchen included inside the room for quick cooks, a microwave, tv, AC, fridge. Also rooms have balconies! I suggest you to visit this hottel for budget hollydays
