Décevant malgré l'emplacement

Appartement bien situé mais très vétuste et pas isolé il nécessiterait un nettoyage complet du sol au plafond, ainsi qu’un rafraîchissement général avec une bonne couche de peinture. L’isolation phonique est inexistante on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’immeuble, notamment les voisins. La porte d’entrée de la chambre a été condamnée de façon très grossière, donnant directement sur la cage d’escalier sans aucune isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe même la fumée de cigarettes passe à travers.De plus, seule la première chambre est climatisée : les deux autres n’ont aucune climatisation, ce qui fait que la température est proche de 30, ce qui rend les nuits très inconfortables en période de chaleur.Le potentiel est là, mais un sérieux effort d’entretien, de rénovation et d’équipement est indispensable pour rendre ce logement agréable et conforme aux attentes.
