Ground level, entrance hall, dining/meeting room, sitting/TV room, kitchen, guest wc. All rooms open on terrace giving acces to the garden.
The kitchen provides all you need : electric cooker 4 hobs, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, oven and micro wave , dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...
On first floor (also accessible with lift) 2 bedrooms with twin beds (2x90 or 1x180) and their en-suite bathrooms with wc, 1 bedroom with double bed (160 ) and a room with 2 single beds (2x90) this last room is on the way to one of the previous. To complete this level 1 bathroom and wc. Two bedrooms have théorie private terrace.
On second and last floor the last bedroom with double bed (140), shower room and wc, nice terrace with sea view.
Undergound (accessible by the lift) laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing table.) ans sauna.
