This time i was here out of season. I got an upgreaded room for great suite. Really good clean and nice. Great location, and bery good service in hotel. The bed very good and comfortable. Shower is great. I will always come back here.
We stayed at the JW Marriott for 4 nights. The room was large. The hotel was quiet. The bathroom was ok (don’t expect to use the overhead shower). The location is fantastic. The elevator doors are hilariously slow!
This hotel provide you with best experience in Cannes because it has a great location in front of beach and the with rooms are amazing and the services are very good and they are offering a lot of food varieties. I enjoyed my stay there
We love coming to Cannes for New Year and usually stay at the Carlton but this year decided to book a seaview room in the JW instead. We then got upgraded to a one bedroomed premium seaview suite with the most wonderful balcony on the Croisette staring out over the Med ! What a treat. it was actually hard to leave the room at all - we enjoyed long lie ins and TV nights and a lovely room service dinner, topped off by watching the brilliant Cannes fireworks from our very own balcony. This experience has spoiled us and I feel we had the best possible stay in Cannes ever. Thank you Marriott for your wonderful upgrade, your helpful bilingual staff and lovely breakfast and room service dinner, we shall certainly return
Our 1st trip to the south of France & very impressed, in particular with this lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful with a touch of glamour, the food is delectable, the vibe was great, always music playing, the pool upstairs was great but who needs a pool with the spectacular beach is right across the street form the hotel. The staff at this place was very accommodating. And you cant beat the location, just minutes from the Garre train station where we booked a train to Monaco for a day of gambling/sightseeing & the hotel is also just minutes away from the ferry port where you can hop on a boat to St Tropez for sunbathing at another great beach. Cant wait to come back to the JW Cannes for more of the excellent service the JW brand is famous the world over for.
Bring a Marriott traveler like many others, when visiting Cannes staying at the JW Marriott was a natural. I read some mediocre reviews but I would say the room was excellent, service was first class (one night before we left for dinner the front desk offered an umbrella, we did not even know it was supposed to rain, and had we not taken it we would have been drenched! Thank you Marriott, also the room service was amazing... we forgot our second electric adaptor to charge all our phones and tablets but no problem the front desk had an extra and provided us with it. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing...I felt for European or American standards it was one of the better ones I have experienced. Overall, don’t hesitate to stay here, I will again.
The stay was great. Excellent location. Morden contemporary hotel, decent size rooms. The hotel rooms have been decorated using actual pictures in black n white of the Hollywood stars visiting the Cannes film festival. We had a view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea from the room. I was pleasantly surprised to see that bathroom had a health faucet, a must for Indians. Though the buffet breakfast was good as per the European standards, it cannot be compared to Asian 5 star buffets, though enjoyed eating French cheese. The staff was friendly. There was wifi in the room. Overall nice experience

Cannot say anymore than excellent! This hotel has it all, perfect location, beautiful furnishings, excellent staff and breakfasts are superb. If you are looking for a great break with added luxury, this hotel is for you. We would definitely return
Almost everyone agrees that the hotel is in a great location. Time of year that you visit is a huge factor. We visited in early October (end of high season),when there was great weather without the crowds. We stayed on the top floor with a view of the water. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool area on our floor,on the top floor was expansive, even though the pool itself wasn't huge . Great views from this vantage spot. Our room was 511. My only complaint was our breakfast, which was free. The food was very good, but the seating made little to no sense! We were forced to wait for several minutes even though the place was less than half full with many available tables. Parking was tough if you had your own car. We paid 40 euros a day for valet parking. For do it yourself parking ,it was still 28 euros per day. Our cost per day for this nice room was around 200$ per night which I think is very reasonable for this level of hotel.
