The Mariott is very modern clean and comfortable hotel for business in Cannes. Great big rooms where You can rest. Big beds and strong curtains allow You sleep even in the day light. Big plus that in bathroom is shower and bath. In the room You will find also a iron so You shirts are not any more creased. In my opinion they deserve to be 5* hotel.

Not my first time in Cannes and I have stayed at the Carlton and the Hotel de Provence. Found the hotel great, especially if you factor the price. Had the best bathroom I have ever found in Europe, separate shower plus a deep tub with another shower. Super hot water and great pressure. Good products. A couple can get ready separately but together :). Bed and linens and so many plush towels perfect. The special little bed for our child, priceless. Never heard or saw a housekeeper but they did a great job twice a day. One beach day I forgot to put my watch and ring in the safe, no worries, it was there. I didn't have a sea view but I could see the sea from the small patio. Room 452, super close to the elevator. Great service by the front desk. Valet parking or self parking expensive but no higher then any other hotel there. Bellman great. My great rate didn't include breakfast, I would recommend you pay extra for it because not having it leads to high priced room service or hitting the streets. Highly recommend. Oh, They had 4 BBC channels, one or two English movie channels but need CNN back. Cheers

Disappointed in the JW hotel as its very worn out and needs a massive face lift. The drinks are very expensive and breakfast is £35 a head and a coffee up by the pool is £9 and the food is poor and the plates are tiny. The staff are very nice and the rooms are good.Thre is a drainage problem in the hotel and the lifts, as the smell is not good.

This hotel is in a great spot along La Crossette. It is a little bland and feels a bit impersonal. Our room was small but clean and the cleaners did a great job tidying up each day. They were more friendly than the reception staff! Breakfast was not included in our stay. We ate it here on the first day and it was £70 for 2 of us for nothing special! Steep even for Cannes! Definitely go out for breakfast off the front.

Wow!! It felt like Beverly Hills!! The JW is awesome!! They are so LA ready with theVannes Festival bring a tradition here!! Totally an American themed Golden Globe/Oscars themed hotel!! We had the best time!! Well represented JW!! Thank you!! Absolutely perfect location!! Best beach... lounge chairs... blue water... mega yachts... oh- here comes a helicopter!! (Yes... every 10 minutes!!.. for real!!). Seriously... I could live here!! Be sure to go to The Carlton at night for cocktails... the best!! We couldn't believe how wonderful the night life was!! You're in the French Riviera... enjoy!! We danced at lounges on sandy beaches every night. Amazing DJ's!! It's very different here. Your hotel in Fort Lauderdale owns it's beach in front. Not here. I do not think one hotel owns their beachfront. Not negative- just different. Know that you need to reserve beach club lounge chairs in advance (with no beach access). 0% problem, was just new for us. We will plan to beach club lounges next time!! I can't wait to return!! Everyone vacationing and working in the French Riviera were spectacular!! You can't compare this to a trip to Paris. Love Paris, but I'm now a South of France Girl!!

Thought I am not really a Marriot hotel fan this hotel won me over! Perfect location on the the Croisette in Cannes with perfect views amd close to the beach The hotel staff surely know how to cater for it's demanding unforgiving clientele.. at the height of the season Room service is impeccable, never do you hear a no or can't do! Dinner in the middle of the night can be whisked in the room with a smiling face! A shout amd applause to Kareem at concierge who moves mountains to make the impossible possible! The hotel is about out dated and can do with some modernisation however the staff from front desk to the room make the hotel the best place to stay in Cannes! And the best cheese cake in the world has me ordering it every night at 4 am😘

I can't recommend the JW Marriott in Cannes highly enough. The service was impeccable throughout. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located halfway along La Croisette. The single disappointment being the bacon at breakfast which was always somewhat overdone though if this my only criticism then the highest congratulations to the management and staff at the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar were magnificent. It was so veritably pleasant to escape from the pretentious 'my s**t' doesn't stink and I've never done a decent day's work in my life' individuals below. Budget travellers beware on arrival at the hotel the receptionist will ask for your credit card and 'block' the card at the rate of 100 euros per night for incidentals i.e. use of the mini bar, car parking etc. etc. I was staying for seven nights so work out the math yourself!!!

The staff was fabulous, the rooms are five stars with turndown service. The view of the croisette from my room was spectacular. Dream location, the hotel Grill restaurant on the croisette was our nightly getaway. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cannes.

It's hard to give any hotel five stars but this one is very good and the locations is great, next to la croisette and the main centre of Cannes city. Very friendly staff and flexible giving us late checkout when needed. The breakfast is good but lacked a bit of variety and more "fresh" options but for the most it's a classy hotel

When arriving the hotel was very grand and had a stunning lobby area. At the desk we were welcomed by Valentina who wasn't very friendly at all and did not tell us any info about our stay or room or the breakfast service she came off a little cold. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The location is perfect, it's literally a 2min walk across to the beach and everything else is in walking distance. Concierge were friendly and helpful and the front door man Alex i think was especially very lovely and always smiling and happy ! Breakfast was mediocre & could have a wider variety. Rooftop pool was beautiful, there is an amazing must see view from up there. Overall very lovely stay and would recommend to others.
