The Long Beach area sits just behind the Croisette and its famous sandy coastline. With beaches, restaurants and shops nearby, the neighborhood combines seaside atmosphere with everyday convenience.

Located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator, this 31 m² studio offers a comfortable space for a relaxing stay in Cannes.

The main living area includes a double bed, TV, dining area and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave.

The bathroom features a shower, hair dryer and towel rail, while the toilet is separate.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

Het appartement was schoon, geen lawaai overdag of 's nachts, goed werkende airco. 5 minuten lopen van het strand en centraal gelegen. 15 minuten lopen tot de haven van Cannes. Bijzonder snel reagerende, vriendelijke, verhuurder.
