The Old Port area captures the true spirit of Cannes. Between the harbor promenade, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, the neighborhood blends seaside energy with the elegance of the Riviera.

Located in a renovated seafront building, this apartment offers bright interiors and generous volumes.

The living room includes a TV, air conditioning and direct access to a balcony overlooking the harbor. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
