Very noisy neighbours and the walls feel so thin that you can hear everything the neighbours do. That was the most frustrating thing about the stay. That aside, the place itself is lovely and very convenient.

Nice location in the middle of everything. The bathroom however is really small without much of a door in the shower area and the water goes throughout the bathrooom.

We stayed in this room and, honestly, it was in a very poor condition. In the bathroom, the hangers kept falling off, the shower gel was watered down, and even the shower holders were coming off. The bathroom itself was extremely small and uncomfortable – after showering, the whole place was completely wet. There was no mirror at all in the room. The carpet was old, which really shouldn’t be the case in a hotel. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.

The location and staff were over all good, the rooms are clean enough but when they gave us our first room, the room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom light were on. They did change our room immediately which was good. The staff were very friendly. As the rooms were so close to each other especially late night conversations can be heard. Thank you .

The staff was courteous professional helpful considerate personable friendly and kind. Always willing to answer questions and help with suggestions for dining or travel. The hotel is located in the perfect location to access the train or buss system. Many options to dine and shop. The hotel was safe. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room was cleaned daily. The hotel is located in the heart of Canes … great … but it was very noisy up until about 4 am hard to sleep. The most negative very very very negative for me was the dirty ugly carpet in the hotel room… as an asthmatic I was so worried about getting sick … carpets are detrimental for people with bad allergies and asthma… I requested to change my room but they refused … they would not listen to my complaint at all… so I shut up and put up … normally I would change my hotel but I was in a country that was new to me without my husband … so I tried to find reasons to be out of the hotel room until it was time to sleep … The hotel needs to get rid of nasty carpets in the room and replace it with hardwood floors … that will really enhance the environment and help clients with medical issues.

The room was spotless, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. However, the shower was a letdown. The water sprayed everywhere, and the space was quite limited. As a traveler, cleanliness is paramount, and the presence of puddles in the room after a shower was quite unpleasant. I arrived early by train, hoping to relax at the beach, but unfortunately, I wasn’t offered an early check-in, which felt impersonal. I’ve stayed in five hotels in France during this trip, and every one of them offered early check-in. On the bright side, the area is conveniently walkable to shopping and sightseeing. However, I would be willing to pay a bit more for a bit more space and a shower door next time I visit Cannes. I want to clarify that I received a great deal on this room compared to hotels in the area. I would definitely stay again if they added shower doors. 😂

I would recommend!

The staff was super nice and the room was great. Bathroom floods when you shower but that’s most places in Europe. Housekeeping forgot to replenish things like soap and toilet paper but the front desk was very helpful. Overall clean in a good location and we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is fine. No bells and whistles. If you need a cheap(ish) place to sleep in Cannes this does the job. Nothing extra. They’ve done a nice job of furnishing an old building.

Loved it!

Very clean room, fabulous location by the train station, easy to get Uber, train, taxi. Just walk across street. Room is spacious w a lot of storage, even in bathroom. Shower is small as is elevator. Everything seemed new in room and they clean daily. They give two big glass bottles in room for free w free coffee and tea, too. You can refill glass bottles in lobby.
