Contemporary villa in the heart of Cannes

Ideally located just 2 km from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, the property sits in a quiet, residential neighbourhood on a flat 1,500 m² plot.

Your private pool can be heated from May to October (upon request and at an additional cost, depending on weather conditions). It is accessible via steps and features a security alarm and cover (9m x 4.5m, depth 60–200 cm).

In front of the villa, the terrace is furnished with a lounge area and sunbeds. Under a pergola — perfect for summer days — you will enjoy a beautiful outdoor dining space with BBQ.
A garage accommodates 1 car, and a covered parking area can hold 2 additional vehicles.
Shops are 500 m away, and a supermarket is 1 km away. The beach is just 2 km from the villa.

The main villa (approx. 250 m²), fully air-conditioned, is arranged as follows:

Ground floor:
• Living and dining room (not air-conditioned) with TV (Internet), Wi-Fi access
• Fully equipped open kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer)
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90 cm), which can be joined to form a double bed, and en-suite bathroom with WC

Upstairs:
• Master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), garden access and partial sea view
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), TV, en-suite bathroom with WC
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90 cm), and en-suite shower room with WC

The annex (approx. 80 m²), also air-conditioned, includes:
• Living room with TV (TNT), equipped kitchen
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90 cm), 1 shower room
• Separate WC
Upstairs:
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower room with WC
Parties and events are not allowed. Electricity fees to be paid localy.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax. The electricity is on supplement.
