The apartment has a pretty, sheltered terrace with a view of the sea, palm trees and the island of Marguerite .. It has marble floors, the whole house has been newly and elegantly renovated. The atmosphere in the house is very pleasant.

lovely stay in Cannes

very nice location and a pleasant stay, the check in was smooth and accomodating changes in arrival time. Margareta is a very attentive host and does everything to help your stay. perhaps the place would need some renovation but those are coming soon. The flat is not big but lots of sunshine and full of colourful art that makes the place warm.

Cannes Film Festival 2024

A few of my brothers stayed here during the Cannes festival. We could not have been happier with our stay, it was a roughly 30 minute walk to the Grand Palais. Along the walk it was a gorgeous beachside walk, and this location was just outside of all the loud festivities from the festival. The personality and the atmosphere from the apartment was immaculate, the host and everyone were lovely. We loved staying here and if she’ll have us back, we’d be there in a heartbeat!!

Ein sehr charmantes und individuelles Apartment, an vielen Stellen gerade frisch renoviert, mit einer sehr schönen Außensitzmöglichkeit (die einen ganz wundervollen Meerblick hat). Auch die gesamte Umgebung ist gepflegt und die Wohnanlage fühlt sich durch die Tor-Situation sehr sicher an. Wir sind schon oft in diese Wohnung gefahren für unsere Aufenthalte in Cannes und jedes Mal wieder sehr gerne an diesem Ort, denn er ist mit Liebe und Blick für künstlerische Details eingerichtet und toll gelegen (mit seiner Wassernähe und in Laufweite zum östlichen Ende der Croisette). Daher können wir einen Aufenthalt hier durchaus empfehlen!!

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eher am Stadtrand vom Innenstadtbereich, dadurch allerdings touristisch schön ruhig. Hinter der Whg. ist eine Bahnstrecke, uns hat das wenig gestört. Das seltene temporäre aufheulen von diversen Sportwagen war eher störend. Nun zur Whg.: sie ist sauber, völlig funktional, kein Standard, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, es haben sich alle wohl gefühlt, es war für 4 Personen genügend Platz

On nous avait annoncé 2 chambres. Il y avait 1 chambre et 1 salon. Appartement pas du tout rénové comme annoncé. Tout y est très vétuste. Pas de machine à café électrique, juste 1 cafetière à l'italienne. Plus de papier toilette. Duvets de lit tachés. Plafond en mauvais état. Rideaux tenus par des clous et punaises. Pas de wifi. Garage Bien. Vue bien.

Charmant, praktisch und sehr sauber

Das Apartment ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und hat uns alles geboten, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt an der Cote d‘Azur braucht. Besonders begeisternd war immer wieder der schöne Blick auf‘s Meer von der Terrasse aus. Auch die Lage fanden wir recht praktisch, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist eine schön gestaltete Promenade und nette Lokale am Meer. Auch der Kontakt für die lokale Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Auszeit

Wir haben die paar Tage in der Wohnung genossen. Die Lage ist fast perfekt und der Tag kann nicht besser starten, wenn man das Frühstück mit Meerblick genießt. Der Check-in/Check-out hat reibungslos geklappt. Ich würde wieder das Apartment mieten.

Wunderbar!

Diese Wohnung würde ich zu jeder Zeit absolut uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir (meine zwei Töchter, 17 und 6 J.a. und ich) haben 15 wunderschöne Tage in Cannes verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen definitiv groß genug. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der große Balkon, zu dem man sowohl aus dem Schlafzimmer als auch aus dem Wohnzimmer gelangt. Gegessen haben wir immer draußen. Der Ausblick ist genial. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für drei Personen sind sehr gut. Das Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und das Schlafzimmer sind voneinander getrennt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung eigentlich nicht um eine Standard-Ferienwohnung, man hat hier eher das Gefühl, dass man bei jemandem zu Gast ist. Mit gefiel das, da ich Hotels generell nicht mag (bin oft genug geschäftlich unterwegs....). In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich quasi wie zuhause. Die Küche ist ganz praktisch und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Was uns ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war eine größere Kaffeemaschine, eventuell eine Mikrowelle und ein paar größere Tassen :-) Aber das sind natürlich unwichtige Kleinigkeiten. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Zwar nicht direkt in der Innenstadt , aber auch nicht weit weg. Zu Fuß braucht man bis zum Bahnhof/Stadtzentrum ca. 35 Minuten. Die Altstadt und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 40 Minuten. Man kann auch mit einem Bus fahren (z.B. Nr. 21). Wir sind aber lieber gelaufen, da der Bus tagsüber relativ unregelmäßig und ziemlich lange fährt. Außerdem gibt es einen Bus (Nr. 200), der direkt von der Wohnung bis Nizza fährt. In Nizza kann man dann mit dem gleichen Ticket (für nur 1,50 Euro!) weiter fahren - entweder in die Stadt oder in die andere Richtung, z.B. zum Flughafen). Wir sind sehr gerne auch mit der Bahn gefahren (vom Cannes Bahnhof), z.B. nach Monako. Absolut empfehlenswert ist auch ein Ausflug zur Insel St.Marguerite (15 Min. mit der Fähre) Für einen Badeurlaub ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist ein sehr guter öffentlicher Strand (Plage Gazagnaire). Auch nah (ca. 25 zu Fuß) ist der Strand Zamenhof, der schon direkt an der berühmten Promenade Boulevard de la Croisette liegt. Etwas weiter sind die Strände Mace und Midi. Sie haben uns aber auch weniger gefallen, da sie wirklich total überfüllt sind. Allerdings gibt es dort größere Wellen - Kindern macht es natürlich auch Spaß. Alles in allem hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaub!

Gute Homebase für Ausflüge

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts gut funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am westlichen Ortsrand von Cannes. Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Ile St. Marguerite. Mit dieser Aussicht lässt es sich herrlich frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Dieser Vorzug steht einigen Einschränkungen hinsichtlich der Wohnung entgegen. So ist - im Gegensatz zum renovierten und gut gepflegten Haus - der Wohlfühlfaktor im Inneren des Apartments nicht ganz so hoch, weil das Apartment ziemlich mit zusammengewürfeltem und recht abgewohntem Mobiliar zugestellt ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist schwierig: Zu Fuß 40 Min. oder 20 Min. mit dem Bus 21, der allerdings nur alle 40 Minuten fährt. Oder mit dem Auto durch eine stets verstopfte Innenstadt. Dass es einen abgeschlossenen privaten Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück gibt, ist wiederum ein großer Vorteil der Wohnung. Da die Ferienwohnung in einer reinen Wohngegend liegt, haben wir mit Ausnahme einer Bäckerei leider keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung vorgefunden. Zum Baden am westlichen Ende der Croisette sind es 25 Min. zu Fuß, ebenso 15 Min. zur Pointe de la Croisette. Der Strand direkt beim Haus lud leider nicht zum längeren Baden ein, weil das Meer bis weit hinaus sehr flach bleibt und der Strand von Ameisen und Seetang übersät ist – wofür die Vermieterin natürlich nichts kann. Fazit: Eine gute Homebase, wenn man viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung macht.

Pointe Croisette

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und für den Preis auf jeden Fall wieder zu empfehlen! Vor allem bei dieser tollen Aussicht und Lage! Mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Drei Strände und die Croissette waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und behilflich.

Je conseille cet appartement à mes amis.

Nous avons passé à Cannes les deux dernières semaines de juillet, c'est-à-dire, en pleine haute saison. C'est pourquoi nous avons volontairement cherché un logement loin du bruit des rues centrales. La propriétaire est très gentille et délicate, toujours prête à aider. L'appartement-même est très sympa: le salon est séparé de la chambre par un long couloir, par la cuisine et par la salle de bain, de l’autre côté l’appartement est „ceinturé” par la terrase dont la partie latérale donne sur la mer, ce qui offre une vue magnifique sur l'île de Sainte-Marguerite et sur de nombreux bateaux et des yachts le jour et la nuit. Tout le territoire autour de la maison et jusqu’ à la mer est couvert par de belles pelouses, piscines et par des palmiers et des fleurs. Un autre point fort: tout l’appartement et bien aéré par la brise - on n’a nul besoin de la climatation. Bien sûr, le bruit du train est là mais c'est un mal inévitable sur la Côte d’Azur. Juste à deux pas de la maison se trouve une petite plage sauvage, couverte d'un tapis de douces algues entourée par de l'eau merveilleusement transparente – un vraie paradis pour la pêche aux moules et pour la pêche sous-marine. La mer ici pas profonde et entre les pierres il y a des couloirs sableux qui forment de temps en temps des petites piscines presque rondes. Peu de peuple, beaucoup de silence. La plage de ville et La Croisette sont à 12-15 minutes à pied (si vous avez envie de passer du temps dans la foule). L’arrêt de bus est près de la maison: 10 minutes et vous à Souquette! A 10 minutes de marche dans le boulevard Alexandre III et vous avez le Carrefour, une pharmacie, une boucherie,une boulangerie et un magnifique restaurant italien pas cher! Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre choix.

Romantische Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

Wir fanden die Wohnung großartig. Sie ist luftig, mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Besonders haben uns die geschmackvolle und dabei dennoch sehr praktische Einrichtung sowie die wunderbaren Gemälde der Besitzerin gefallen. Schön auch, dass es eine etwas ruhigere Ecke von Cannes ist. Dennoch kann man zu Fuß sehr leicht einerseits alle Geschäfte einschließlich einer guten Boulangerie erreichen, andererseits ist es auch in das Zentrum nicht sehr weit. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Der Buchungsprozess und Ablauf waren bestens organisiert und die Wohnung sehr ordentlich, voll funktionstüchtig und ca. 5 Min. zum Strand entfernt. Zum Stadtzentrum Cannes am Meer entlang zu Fuß ca.25 min gut zu erreichen.

Zauberlicht

Ich habe mir letztens die riesigen neugebauten Wohnanlagen in la Bocca angesehen. Die sehr befahrene Straße und die Bahn liegt zwischen Meer und den Häusern. Um zu Fuß nach Cannes zu kommen, muß man doch eine ganze Weile laufen... die Wohnung befindet sich auf den anderen Seite, unterhalb von Californie, 1 Minute zum Meer, im grünsten Eck von Cannes und hat einen wunderschönen Blick direkt auf 's Meer und eine kleine windgeschützte Terrasse mit schönen goldgelben Marquisen. w-lan und Tv sind möglich, evt. Fahrrad und 2 kleine Straßenroller. Das ist eine besondere, charmante, künstlerische Wohnung. Der Preis für Cannes Verhältnisse moderat; es sind sehr interessante reizende Menschen, die immer gern wiederkommen und den Bus für 1 Euro (3Std.) geniessen, der sie überall hinbringt..Die Gäste fühlen sich wohl und genießen die Schönheit von dem sehr gepflegten Cannes. Abends 10 Minuten zur Croissette zu spazieren zu können und ihren Lichterzauber und alle Darbietungen und ihren "Laufsteg" zu geniessen für einen Abendspaziergang ist eine Besonderheit 1. Klasse. Ein Liegestuhl fand sich in Cannes für 49,--Euro ,denselben in la Bocca für 15,-- Euro Unweit der Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gibt es einen kleinen entzückenden Markt, die Preise sind dort auch weit geringer als "unten" direkt in Cannes. Eine alte französische Konditorei ist zu Fuß leicht von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen, alle anderen Geschäfte auch. einige gute Restaurants und ein schöner Bouleplatz etc etc. Ich bleibe mit besten Grüßen Ihre Margarita

GÉNIAL!

Ma femme et moi avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement et nous sommes plus que ravie de notre séjour :) . la propriétaire et très très sympa et arrangeante. Il s'agit d'un lumineux appartement de 2 chambres au 3 ème étage (avec ascenseur), avec une terrasse en plein sud avec une superbe vue sur mer et les Îles de Lérins. L'appartement est à 10 minutes de la mythique croisette de Cannes. la plage est à quelques mètres, le parking privé est un atout important en pleine saison. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter dans le secteur. Nous comptons bien y retourner la prochaine saison ;) et nous recommandons cette location.
