Superb 72m² apartment on the 5th floor with terrace and parking. Unobstructed view with lovely sea views, modern decor, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful office space in the loggia. Next door to the Carlton Hotel, 150 meters from the beaches. Palais des Festivals is less than a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants, Rue d'Antibes and its shops are a 2-minute walk away. No need to use a vehicle. Very quiet area, excellent value for money.
