Sehr schönes Appartment in guter Lage
Dieses schöne Appartment in guter Lage bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Cannes benötigt. Stilvoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage mit einem großzügigen Balkon ist man unweit der Croisette schnell an allen zentralen Plätzen Cannes' - und das zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend und stets freundlich. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel mit einer Zahlenschlossbox lief perfekt. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Bel appartement bien situé, dans une résidence calme et récente.
Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y pas d'état des lieux en présentiel.
Néanmoins il conviendrait d'améliorer le ménage, soit:
- dépoussiérer les étagères des placards, ainsi que le balcon qui n'avait pas été balayé depuis un moment,
- le sol quand à lui, devrait être lessivé et non passé à la lingette .
Un protège matelas serait un plus.
Par contre si nous avons choisi cet appartement, c'était principalement pour la mise à disposition d'un parking qui était occupé à notre arrivée, ainsi que plusieurs autres fois durant le séjour, toujours par le même véhicule qui semblait bien installé.
