Easy location
The property is close to the beach, historic Cannes and the grocery store. The apartment is clean and quiet as long as the doors and windows are closed. I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location and great hosts
I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and it is in a fantastic location, close to the sea, old town and centre of Cannes. It was clean, quiet and I had 5 great nights sleep! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend.

I have been in a great many apartments in Cannes This one is classed as local. :-)
I learned that is customary in France to travel with sheets and towels and I was surprised to pay extra for this amenity.

Attaccato al cento, spiaggia sotto casa, posto auto riservato (stretto), aria condizionata compresa, animali ammessi senza supplemento, bagno con doccia e finestrato, lavatrice.

Appartamento un po' datato ma soprattutto sporco. I mobili erano pieni di cianfrusaglia o cose che mai avrei usato: zucchero, pasta, cereali, straccetti, ... già aperti. Abbiamo faticato a ricavarci spazio per le nostre cose. La persona addetta al check-in / out parlava solo francese, nemmeno inglese e comunicare era faticosissimo. Anche Google non comprendeva le sue parole, forse per un accento particolare non saprei.

perfekte Lage, Strand und Umgebung
Wir waren 2 Wochen in August 2019: Familienurlaub mit 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen, reicht aber auch für 2 Paare/Familie ohne große Anspruche - 2 Doppelbetten, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber wie beschrieben und reicht auch für 4 Personen. Dafür aber nur ca 100. vom Superstrand :-) Balkon ist zwar mit Blick auf die Bahngleise, ist aber auch so beschrieben. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind - ist kaum was zu hören. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - Zentrum und Einkaufsmögligkeiten - alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Hausmeisterservice jeden Morgen - Treppenhaus, Garage, Hof und die Aufzüge sind sehr sauber! Klimanalage und Waschmaschine, keine Spühlmaschine. Bad mit Dusche ist so gut wie neu. Abgeschlossene Garagenbox in der Tiefgarage. Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng - wir waren mit C-Klasse Kombi... Das Auto hat zwar reingepasst, aber beim Rein- und Rausfahren muss man sehr gut aufpassen! Größere Autos sollten lieber draußen bleiben - siehe Beschreibung. Fazit Ende Gut - Alles gut. Preis/Leistung stimmt! Wir waren zufrieden und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen! Tipp - Fahrräder mitnehmen! Merci Christine!!!

Appartement conforme à la description. Lits confortables et literie neuve. Équipement complet dans la cuisine rien ne manque.
Salle de bain spacieuse et pratique.
Un balcon agreable'pour prendre le petit déjeuner avec le soleil levant.
Et le'plus le garage pour y laisser la voiture en sécurité.
Nous reviendrons l'année sans hesiter.
