A nice terrace without opposite, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso, kettle ....), Flat screen TV , Wifi with fiber free, connected speaker, safe, linens included with towels, sheets ... Great comfort and access by elevator. You get off the apartment and are at the foot of the beaches in 1 minute walk!
