- A lovely American-style kitchen with an island and dining area for 6 people (including a dishwasher)
The first bedroom features two single beds, a desk area, and storage. Additionally, it offers direct access to the balcony and has a private shower room (including a WC).
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage. It also provides access to the balcony.
A shower room with an Italian shower and WC completes the space.

After a few steps on your street, Rue Molière, you can choose to:
- Stroll along the Croisette (5 min)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (10 min)
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes (1 min)

Lovely apt in a great area
We had a wonderful week here. The apartment was as advertised and in a wonderful location close to shops, the beach, and food. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi was strong. We had great communication with the rental company from start to finish. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.
