This 2 double bedroom apartment is perfectly located in Cannes Centre between the Croisette (2 minutes away from the beach) and Rue d'Antibes. The building has a lift and there is a free public parking in the street (first come first served basis).
The apartment offers a living room with acces to the south facing balcony, a fully equipped separate kitchen with facilities like Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, small dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer).
The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
Both double bedrooms have 2 twin beds each that can be configured as 2 double beds or 4 single beds and wardrobes. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Furthermore there is TV, wifi, air-conditioning in ALL bedrooms and living room, hairdryer, ironing board and iron and a hoover. The windows have double grazing.
