It was clean but still fridge was a bit dirty as well as some of the showers. It is a commercial space that is adapted and it feels like it. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the person in the next room sigh or breathe. The furniture and aplliances are new and beautiful. Communication with host is very quick but most of the info is not helpful. We were locked out of the unit and were provided with wrong entry codes, wrong location of lock boxes etc for about 1 hr and 15 minutes. Almost felt like the person that we were communicating with had no knowledge of the property at all.

Unique location in the centre of town, easy access to everything & great views. Space is large which was perfect for our big family gathering. Hot tub & two beautiful balconies were great. Bedrooms are windowless, walls are paper-thin, beds comfy but pillows are like rocks. None of the bathrooms are ensuites which is not stated in description, 2 are accessed in the kitchen - not a problem, but guests should be aware. No storage for coats/footwear, no closets, a few hooks in bedrooms, no space for ski gear. Kitchen beautiful, well equipped, except no frying pan or baking dishes. Communication with hosts wasn’t ideal - responses seemed mostly automated & when we couldn’t access the lock box for the key, we were told to “keep trying” or use the other door - really inconvenient when you need to walk around the block to get there every night after parking in the back (paid lot). There was a windstorm which caused a leak in the ceiling, took multiple requests & 10hrs to be resolved. Had to collect water in bucket ourselves to prevent damage to the unit & keep the kids away as ceiling tile was sagging and going to collapse. Pot light in the area also hanging out due to collecting water. Hot tub was out of chlorine. Disappointed there was no offer of any compensation - if you market as a luxury property, there should be a higher level of service. Overall suited our needs & had a great time, but disappointing service.

This place is huge ! Very clean, and although some hiccups with heat and hot tub heat, as soon as I inquired, a maintenance person arrived very promptly and fixed both issues. This place is right on a Main Street in Canmore and is great if you want to visit any restaurants and shops without having to worry about parking. One comment would be the bedrooms are beautiful but close to each other and definitely can hear everything from room to room, but regardless I would stay again and highly recommend ! Would be great for bridal parties or friend trips/family extended family visits etc.
