The staff member that checked us in was friendly and efficient. She upgraded our rm seeing that the pool was down for repairs . Very nice rm. They also had yummy cookies out individually wrapped as we entered the hotel. . It was an all around good stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Free breakfast is very good, pool and waterslide are a huge hit with our young son, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is easy and on site, even with a roof top ski box. My only complaints are that the wifi is very, very weak, and the duvet is not in a duvet cover, it’s just tucked in between a couple of sheets, which easily get tousled apart during the night.

Very spacious room. Asked for first floor the last moment for wheelchair needed and they were able to arrange. Pool is nice, easy to access. a bit crowed I guess because of the holiday. Overall experience 10/10.

Room was very noisy. Stair door beside room kept slamming all night. Air conditioner very loud. Did not get any sleep. Checked out in the morning, did not stay for our second night. Front desk lady was not very friendly or helpful at all, would not do anything for us. We lost our money for the second night. Horrible hotel to stay at do not recommend this property at all.
