Nestled in downtown Canmore, our BRAND NEW 3 bedroom unit is just steps away from cafes, shops, and restaurants, providing the perfect location for your mountain getaway. We are also steps from the extensive river pathway system allowing quick access to Canmore`s serene natural environments, balancing city living with outdoor adventure. Our unit has modern styling and breathtaking mountain views, and our boutique townhouse is the epitome of contemporary living, away from home.
Please note, this is a Non-Smoking building. A cleaning fee will be charged if you choose to smoke inside.

Quiet Hours are in effect from 10PM - 7AM. Please limit your noise levels during this time. There is a strict no parties policy and quiet hours are in effect after 10PM as per local bylaws. Any fines or violations that are incurred during your stay will be passed on to the guest to pay.

FREE PARKING (covered ground floor stall) Please be informed that our property parking area can only accommodate vehicles of normal size. You can park in the building`s covered parking stalls accessed through the rear back alley. We will provide you with our designated parking stall in your check-in instructions. Please note that it can accommodate normal size car.

Long-Stay Policy:
For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. Guest will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.

We enjoyed our stay in Canmore at this VRBO. It's located right in town, making it easy to walk into town and explore the area. It's also in a great location to access the surrounding parks. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking up our breakfasts and packing out our lunches. We really appreciated the park pass included with our stay, it is a very thoughtful touch! The kitchen was fully equipped. We were walking distance for groceries, restaurants, and gift shops. The little cafe across the street was perfect!Our hosts we very communicative and in touch on the regular. The place was clean and accommodated all 6 adults comfortably. We were very relaxed with plenty of space for good family games. We also enjoyed having the mountains all around us and being so close to Banff. Canmore is quaint and a little more relaxed than the Town of Banff, so it is a more easy pace for a get away yet close enough to Banff and the beautiful lakes to travel easily.We give it 5 stars all around and will look into renting from these Hosts again.

This condo is very nicely situated in central Canmore. We loved being parked downtown and having the shops within easy walking distance as well as strolling along the creek. It’s in a quiet building with comfortable beds and good showers and tubs. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us including a French press as well as a drip coffee maker. Hosts supplied nice shampoo/conditioner and were very responsive to our inquiries. Not many spices in the cupboard so if you plan on any indoor meals make sure to bring your own.

A Great Gem in near the core of downtown Canmore

Come and stay at this comfy, relaxed atmosphere condo. It is very clean and spacious. If you want to be the chef, the kitchen has loads of cupboard space and the fridge can hold a side of beef - a huge tuna for the vegans. The condo is within walking distance to the downtown area, mountain area and even Mountain Avenue (a street off the main highway). The area that the condo is in is very quiet - no traffic driving up and down.Chris and Tanya are very accommodating and very knowledgeable about Canmore and area. They even provide you (in the condo) with recommendations on sight seeing and restaurant venues.If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of business/city life, I would highly recommend that you give this treasure a chance.
