Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Villa looks good on photos, but finishing was very average : - toilet taps were loose - tiles were not tiled properly , so some parts where you step will feel hollow - edges of swimming pool were rough concrete so the kids cut themselves while playing Safety is the key issue - we had a break in where we lost money on the dining table - likely entry point had no camera pointing at it Cleanliness - interior of villa filled with mosquitoes even though we kept our doors shut during the stay. The staff had to spray repellent all over the villa but it was still an issue. - children encountered numerous bug bites on the body and face. Adults had what pharmacist informed to be bed bug bites. Overall location is fantastic, but take note there is no security unlike other villas that we stayed at in the same price range. So at different hours of the day /night we had people loitering outside our door, some sitting directly at our porch step . Not to discount the hard work that rosemary and team put into housekeeping as it's evident that they tried their best, but we definitely will not be returning. Many other options at this price range.
