Disappointing Experience – Health and Safety Concerns Unfortunately, our stay at this property was deeply disappointing and raised serious health and safety concerns. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong mold smell throughout the house. We found visible mold in the master bathroom, and the humidity in that room was so intense that we woke up feeling sick with throat and chest pain. The dampness was present throughout the home, making it uncomfortable and concerning for anyone with respiratory sensitivities. We contacted the management team the same evening to report the issues, but they didn’t respond until the next day. When they finally arrived, they came with nothing more than a can of Glade spray — an unacceptable and inadequate response to a mold problem. We left the property just 7 hours later for the sake of our health and safety. To make matters worse, a section of the glass fence around the pool was missing, leaving it completely exposed and unsafe — especially for families with children. The furniture was old, chipped, and far from what was shown in the listing. It’s also worth noting that the overly positive review on the listing appears to be fake and does not reflect the condition of the home. I would not recommend this property. The health risks, poor maintenance, and unprofessional response from the management team make it one to avoid.

A Lovely stay

It was a beautiful property and the staff, Vicky, was friendly and very helpful! He even made a beautiful mandala on the table for my daughter’s arrival as she came after the rest of us. It was magical.
