This hotel is new and designed very well. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Great choice of selection of food specially breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card. We will definitely come back to stay here again

Wat een geweldig hotel. Door het hele hotel wordt een heerlijk geurtje verspreid. De kamers zijn erg comfortabel met een heerlijk bed, en voorzien van de nodige toiletartikelen. Water, koffie en thee en een minibar. Goede airco en verduisterende gordijnen. Als welkomstgeschenk staat er op de kamer een mooi verpakt flesje eau de toilet van Le Luc. Het ontbijt is meer dan geweldig. Uitgebreid à la carte, enorm buffet. Zo veel keus en topkwaliteit nog nooit ergens gehad. Heerlijke koffie, ice/hot cappuccino, latte, matcha, te veel om op te noemen. Er komen van allerlei karretjes langs om aan tafel van alles te bereiden. Van nasi, sushi, açai bowl tot omelet, alles wordt klaargemaakt. Bij het zwembad ligbedden met dikke kussens en dikke badlakens. Tot slot het personeel, allemaal ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, je wordt door iedereen in de watten gelegd. Het was erg rustig in het hotel en we kregen van de manager een kamerupgrade. We hebben het hier zo geweldig gehad dat we 2 weken later opnieuw geboekt hebben. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een prachtige kamer. Dit hotel kan wel eens onze vaste verblijfplaats in Bali gaan worden. Van mij krijgen ze 6 sterren!
