The villa is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Pererenan Beach, 2 minutes from Pepito and Frestive, 12 minutes from La Brisa, and 8 minutes from central Canggu. The area has a growing number of trendy cafes and restaurants offering a variety of international and local cuisines. Many establishments emphasize healthy, organic food, catering to a wellness-oriented crowd.

Pererenan is a charming coastal village located in the Badung Regency of Bali. Known for its serene and laid-back atmosphere, it offers a more relaxed alternative to the busier nearby areas like Canggu and Seminyak. Pererenan is characterized by its lush rice fields, beautiful beaches, and a mix of traditional Balinese culture and modern amenities.

• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27days the electricty cost will be additional.
