Good location, clean rooms, great butler service

Well located with plenty of restaurants & cafes just a short walk away, great service by butler - Putra, & quite speedy replies by Betterplace (property management). However, do note that the narrow road leading to the property entrance is not a smooth road, with potholes & muddy puddles. Car can still access, walking is ok without luggage. Clean property, clean rooms, clean beds. But L1 (ground floor) bedrooms do have quite a strong old moisture smell. L2 rooms are very nice smelling. Pool is very clean, no leaves or whatsoever; Very good. There’s a huge open living area at L2 to chill out in the evenings. L1 living area (where entrance is) is also very cosy. Kitchen well equipped with drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates, etc. Water dispenser has options of cold, room & hot. Ice packs provided in freezer too.
