Beautiful rice field panoramic views can be enjoyed from the dining room and 2nd (second) floor terrace space and garden deck. All the relaxing spaces in Villa are all thoughtfully fitted with cozy outdoor furniture. The 12-metres tropical swimming pool with pool bar overlooks a vertical garden bursting with tropical foliage – while a wide sun deck has built-in daybeds and deck chairs. To match its modern, upmarket ambiance each bathroom is designed in contemporary style with a wonderful bathtub and high-tech toilet adapted from Japan technology. The villa is also completed with full furnished modern kitchen set, dining room, living room also full equipped entertainment room with home gym and International size of billiard pool table which will be fun for a family stay, kids and friends gathering villa.

A short walk from the villa will take you to the buzzing district of Canggu, Canggu’s popular beaches, restaurants, beach clubs, boutiques, cafes and beach bars. Berawa Beach, with its legendary surf breaks and famous beach club Finns, is less than 5 minutes and the busy bustling Seminyak is only 15 minutes away.

* Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.

**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.

* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.

*Help us remain green by conserving/saving energy. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, and all other electrical appliances when you leave the villa.
