The lap swimming pool has size 4 X 12 meters placed in between the two buildings. The master bedroom is positioned in the separate first-story building coming with its private balcony. The Twin Bedroom is on the second-floor of the main building. Attached to the Twin Bedroom upstairs is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and ocean.
