Quietly located 150 m from the beaches. Come and recharge your batteries in the calm of this seaside house, offering all the comforts for a successful holiday!

The house is located in a one-way alley, and its exposure promises you a beautiful sunshine.
All on one level and air-conditioned, it is composed of an entrance leading to the corridor and hallway to the main room which composes a living room, sofa, flat screen TV area.
The fully equipped kitchen: Oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker. You will find a first double bedroom: 140 cm bed with large cupboard, a second bedroom with 160 cm bed, and 90 cm bed in the sleeping area.
A bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.

The terrace at the back is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a plancha, deckchair and on the other side a private swimming pool. relaxation guaranteed!!
