4VOIL245 – In the heart of the seaside resort of Canet Plage, in the secure residence “Les Voiliers,” a pleasant modern and bright one-bedroom apartment for 4 people, located on the 1st floor, 500 m from the beach and shops.

This one-bedroom apartment includes: an entrance hall, a kitchenette area with washing machine, dishwasher and storage, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with TV featuring a modern and functional kitchen area (fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, induction hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.).

The apartment offers 4 sleeping places (a sofa bed in the living room) and a 160 cm double bed in the large bedroom. A balcony with outdoor furniture is also available. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room!

Highlights: close to the beach and shops, well-known for its entertainment, secure parking within the residence. You can safely park your vehicle in the residence and enjoy everything on foot!

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided, but it can be booked in advance and collected when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00). WiFi box rental: €39 per week. End-of-stay cleaning option available upon request from the agency.

You will be required to pay the security deposit for your rental; the payment link will be sent 10 days before your arrival. We accept holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Appartement idéal pour vacances plage

Agence et propriétaires reactifs et sympathiques. Appartement refait a neuf qui possède tout le confort et matériel nécessaire. Très pratique et bien placės au niveau de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 4.
