Casa Saracco: an art nouveau residence surrounded by greenery

An apartment on the first floor of a 19th century art nouveau residence with frescoed ceilings, immersed in the greenery of a private park.

Four balconies overlooking the hills and the castle. A large internal marble staircase leads to the apartment which is composed of a large entrance, two bedrooms, a living / dining room with two armchair beds and a completely renovated bright bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker top, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, dishwasher and everything you need to eat at home if you don't want to go out.

A part of the garden with oak and palm trees to rest in a quiet corner is completely dedicated to guests with table, umbrella, chairs and deck chairs. Two covered parking spaces in the private park complete the spaces that are available to feel at home.

The house is in a strategic point to visit the subterranean cathedrals of Canelli a few hundred meters away and, in the space of thirty kilometers of roads immersed in the vineyards, the hills "world heritage of humanity" between Monferrato and Langhe towards Neive , Barbaresco, Barolo, Nizza Monferrato by car or bicycle (rental of bicycles with assisted pedaling are available in Canelli). Riding schools allow you to go horse riding along the vineyards.

The towns of Alba, Asti, Acqui Terme are within a radius of 22/35 kilometers easily reachable by car with panoramic routes. Turin and Genoa with their immense treasures allow day trips organized by car or partially by train (via Asti and Acqui Terme) returning in the evening to the calm of the garden.

Much more is available in the area that unites a territory with rural landscapes where the hills and the vine are at the center of life for millennia and small architectural jewels from the Romanesque era onwards that are to be discovered. An area where the kitchen and wine are among the most appreciated in the world. It is with pleasure that I will suggest you some of the many pearls appreciated by us who live there.

Sehr schรถnes Haus und Garten, sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen sehr schรถnen Aufenthalt in Casa Saracco. Die Lage von Cannelli erlaubt Ausflรผge zu vielen schรถnen Zielen im sรผdlichen Piemont, insbesondere Asti und Alba sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schรถn und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich, mehrmals kamen wir in den Genuss von leckeren selbstgemachten Spezialitรคten. Es liegen zahlreiche Prospekte der Sehenswรผrdigkeiten der Gegend aus. Die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage war aufgrund des sehr heiรŸen Witterung wรคhrend unseres Aufenthalts Gold wert. Das 2te Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, eine Belegung erfordert also etwas Toleranz. Molto Grazie!

Schรถner Ausgangspunkt fรผr Ausflรผge

Das ehemalige Gutshaus liegt in fuรŸlรคufiger Nรคhe zur Innenstadt von Canelli. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber und klimatisiert. Man sollte sich auch nicht von den stillgelegten Bahngleisen und Industriegebรคuden in der Nachbarschaft abschrecken lassen. Davon bekommt man tatsรคchlich nichts mit. Canelli selbst ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt fรผr Ausflรผge in alle Regionen des Piemonts.

Charmant verblijf

In een mooie villa is de bovenverdieping voor de gasten. Erg veel ruimte en vooral een hele vriendelijke gastvrouw (Marisa). Je kan je auto heel goed parkeren. Het is 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van het dorp. In de tuin kun je lekker zitten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Marisa ist eine รผberaus charmante und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat uns mit kleinen Leckereien aus Kรผche und Keller verwรถhnt. Die Villa ist alt und sehr stilvoll, mit allen Vorzรผgen (abgeschlossener Park) und Nachteilen (das Hahnenwasser ist nicht trinkbar). Die Kรผche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das Badezimmer neu renoviert.

Wat een fantastisch huis!

Het huis (de volledige eerste verdieping) is voornaam en met zorg ingericht. Mooie oude meubels, maar ook smaakvol vernieuwde elementen (moderne badkamer) en topkwaliteit bedtextiel en handdoeken. Marisa is een attente gastvrouw, die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen, maar ook gepaste afstand weet te houden. De omgeving om het huis is vrij industrieel (wijnmakerij), maar daar heb je totaal geen last van. Enige minpunt is dat de badkamer alleen via de tweede slaapkamer bereikbaar is. Een aanrader!

Vous rechercher un petit coin de paradis? Alors vous serez ici au bon endroit. Trรจs bel appartement dans un parc magnifique que les enfants adoraient explorer. Cuisine simple mais avec tout ce dont on a besoin, trรจs bonne literie dans la chambre ร  coucher. Ville bien situรฉe pour faire de belles excursions. Cerise sur le gรขteau : la gentillesse de Marisa qui nous a trรจs bien accueillis et nous comblait de ses petites attentions. Je recommande ร  100%!!!!

Un soggiorno d altri tempi

Un'accoglienza calorosa da parte della splendida proprietaria dalla vivacitร  contagiosa. Peccato per la pioggia che non ci ha fatto godere in pieno del giardino e degli spazi all aperto. Gli interni spaziosi puliti caldi e funzionali ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Non manca nulla e Marisa ci ha davvero coccolati. Speriamo di tornare.

Mooi en verzorgd appartement met een prachtig uitzicht
