Apesar de alguns pontos que precisam ser melhorados como: uma torneira com água quente, um chuveiro adequado para o inverno e a qualidade do papel higiênico, no geral foi bom, más poderia ficar ótimo com essas pequenas melhorias.

No me gustó el hotel para nada, no tiene calefacción en los ambientes comunes, el desayuno se acababa y no reponían, ducha eléctrica y hacia 2 grados bajo cero

Bom custo X benefício

Hotel simples, porem confortável. Os funcionários ão atencioso. O problema maior é a falta de aquecimento no local do café da manhã, o que faz com que os produtos fiquem com a aparência de velhos. O hotel tem três andares, porem não tem elevador. Para quem tem problema de mobilidade, aconselho pedir para ficar nos aptos. do térreo. A localização é perfeita. Atrás do museu do carro. Pertinho de canela ( dá para ir andando ao centro) e da avenida que dá acesso a gramado e a vários parques, como Caracol , Ferradura , Mundo Mágico, etc. Vale a pena. Recomendo.

Muy malo, no volveria jamas

Todo mal, el peor hotel al que fui en mucho tiempo, si entran a la pagina oficial del mismo, da una imgen como que seria un apart hotel, hay cocina e inclusive una pava en la misma, bueno, si bien tiene cocina la misma no funciona, o sea es un mueble nada mas que no sirve; en segundo termino el desayuno es parecido al de un hostel, se acaban los alimentos y bebidas y no los reponen, poco personal; la ubiaccion es mala, si bien hay 3 o cuatro Restaurantes cerca, esta lejos del centro de Canela como para ir a pie; los autos hay que dejarlos a la intemperie, días anteriores a mis estadía cayo granizo, imaginen el resultado si me pasaba; solo hay climatizacion en las piezas, por los pasillos o resto del hotel te morís de frió y lo peor de todo el hotel es el baño, 2 grados bajo cero y no tiene agua caliente en el lavatorio, la ducha eléctrica, para poder bañarse con un poco de frió había que abrir una gota de la ducha, en definitiva no vayan a este hotel y menos en invierno.

Hotel com potencial para se tornar muito melhor. Contudo, atualmente, há diversos detalhes que precisam ser aperfeiçoados, como por exemplo: chuveiro, café da manhã, qualidade dos produtos oferecidos no quarto (papel higiênico, sabonete, roupa de cama, etc), arrumacao e limpeza dos quartos.

Hotel muito agradável e preço justo.

Hotel bem localizado em Canela. Próximo a restaurantes e acesso à pista que leva a Gramado e aos demais pontos turísticos. Café da manhã simples, porém de bom gosto. Equipe muito atenciosa e cortês.

Deixou muito a desejar

Acabamos saindo 3 dias antes do previsto, apesar de não ver o dinheiro de volta porque o hotel, apesar de ter quartos bons nao tem um sistema ideal de calefacão, os cobertores são muito finos para o frio que faz, água do chuveiro não esquenta bem (na pia só tem água congelante) e o café da manhã era péssimo. Sem variedade, recolocando as mesmas coisas por vários dias inclusive com aspecto estranho e frutas pra lá de passadas. Com alguns ajustes poderia oferecer um serviço excelente mas preferem cobrar mais barato e colocar de qualidade inferior.
