Hotel tem quarto muito bom e equipe de funcionários atenciosa. Mas parece estar faltando pessoal e aparatos. A localização não é tão central, e não ha opção alguma de compra de produtos (refri, doces, salgadinhos, chicles...) no hotel ou perto. Poderiam por uma máquina nele Café da manha achei fraco, alem de estar cheio, tinha apenas uma funcionaria se desdobrando para tudo, o que fez com que boa parte das opções de café, ficassem faltando. Enfim, bom hotel no geral com boa equipe, mas carece de maior atenção e investimento de pessoal a atender.

A televisão do quarto só tinha um canal como opção. A tecla do exaustor do chuveiro estava com mal contato e não ficava ligada. Percebe-se um descuido em relação à pintura do quarto e iluminação dos corredores e estacionamento. A reposição dos itens do café da manhã não acompanha o número de hóspedes, sendo vagarosa. Mas, o café da manhã, no geral, é bom.

O chão do quarto estava sujo, ralo da banheira/box entupido (mal conseguíamos tomar banho) e o telefone do quarto estava estragado, além disso, os lençóis e cobertas estavam sujos. Café da manhã com poucas opções de salgado. O recepcionista era bem solícito e tentou nos ajudar com a questão do ralo, mas logo na minha chegada ao realizar o check-in já tomei patada do mesmo em frente a outros hóspedes. Quando fui solicitar ajuda na recepção por conta do ralo, o recepcionista me deixou 30 minutos esperando com a recepção vazia, não respondiam whatsapp e o telefone do quarto não funcionava para ligar, quando ele apareceu na recepção, mesmo vendo que eu estava aguardando, ficou fofocando com o pessoal da manutenção e tive que esperar mais um pouco.

Limpeza boa, aroma geralmente agradável. Som ambientesurante o café da manhã muito adequado. O café da manhã numa medida certa, sem exageros. Boa diversificação. Faltou apenas providenciarem o silenciamento do sensor de incêndio, o qual ficou apitando o tempo todo. Se possível, alguns ganchos a mais no banheiro, para pendurar roupas, vai ajudar (ap 107).

O sinal do wi-fi não era bom, do quarto q ficamos e o meu esposo dependia muito duma noa internet pois trabalhava home-ofice. No café da manhã senti falta de banana como opção. Não sei se é comum no sul do país não ter ducha ao lado do sanitário, essa foi uma das comunidades q faltou na minha opinião....no mais o hotel é maravilhoso, fomos bem recebidos, a equipe muito simpática e solícita... Localização próxima a igreja de pedra e a cidade de Gramado.....

Me hospedei recentemente neste hotel e tive uma experiência mista. O café da manhã foi bom, com opções variadas e bem preparadas, e os funcionários foram sempre muito prestativos e educados, o que ajudou a tornar a estadia um pouco mais agradável. Por outro lado, encontrei vários problemas no quarto. Havia muito mofo em todas as paredes, o que deixou o ambiente desagradável. As cortinas também estavam visivelmente sujas, o que contribuiu para a sensação de descuido na limpeza geral do quarto. O banheiro apresentava uma pia entupida, o exaustor não estava funcionando e o box era extremamente apertado, dificultando o uso com conforto. Apesar disso, as roupas de cama e as toalhas estavam limpas, o que é um ponto positivo importante. Com alguns cuidados e melhorias na manutenção e na limpeza dos quartos, o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência mais confortável.

O hotel é excelente e muito aconchegante. Os colaboradores são bem educados, o café da manhã é bem diversificado e gostoso, mas os quartos precisam de uma leve manutenção, assim como os banheiros, pois o que ficamos tinha um leve vazamento no box e um buraco no teto, nada que desabone as demais qualidades do hotel.

Nossa estadia no Flame Hotel Canela foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desde o momento da chegada até a hora de ir embora, fomos acolhidos com uma atenção e um carinho que fazem toda a diferença. O hotel é encantador — aconchegante, muito bem cuidado, com uma decoração charmosa e ambientes que transmitem paz e conforto. O café da manhã é delicioso, com opções frescas e saborosas, servido em um ambiente acolhedor que dá vontade de ficar horas ali só curtindo a vibe do lugar. A localização também é perfeita: perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo em uma área tranquila, ideal para descansar. Mas o que realmente tornou a experiência ainda mais especial foi o Jonas. Que pessoa maravilhosa! Extremamente atencioso, gentil e sempre disposto a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Ele fez questão de nos deixar super à vontade, deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade e realmente se preocupa em oferecer o melhor para cada hóspede. É raro encontrar alguém tão dedicado e apaixonado pelo que faz — e isso se reflete em cada detalhe do atendimento. Recomendo o Flame Hotel de olhos fechados e com o coração cheio de gratidão.
