Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)/ single bunk bed,
