LA VIGNE FLEURIE, family house 450m from the beach

House for 11 people maximum. Located in a quiet environment, 450m from the beach of Port sea and 15 minutes walk from the tip of Grouin, this former barn converted into a house has been completely renovated and enlarged in 2018. You will have 150 m2 habitable as well as a large terrace facing south and a landscaped 800m2 with private parking that can accommodate several vehicles.

You enter through the extension giving onto a large fully equipped kitchen with a large table for 10 people and baby seat. You will find everything you need to cook on an induction cooker. The American fridge freezer with ice maker and crushed ice will help you prepare your cocktails.
For your coffee break or tea time, in addition to a coffee maker, you will also find a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle.
The kitchen communicates directly with a large living room consisting of two sofas and two rattan armchairs, as well as cushions, throws, a coffee table, two carpets, and a television.
A second dining area in addition to the kitchen is available in the dining room.
On the ground floor, you will also have a master suite equipped with a 160x200 bed (with private shower room and double sink), a separate toilet with washbasin.
On the floor, a landing serves four rooms, a room of shower and an independent TOILET.
Rooms 1,2 and 3 are equipped with a bed of 140x190, room 4 is equipped with 3 beds of 90x190. Possibility of putting an umbrella bed if needed. (Available)
The shower room is equipped with a double basin and storage cabinet and a towel dryer.
A second small entertainment lounge equipped with TV, video games and books is also available upstairs. Especially popular with children
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Perfect place to visit Saint Malo / Cancale area

Traveling with friends and family (5 Adults, 4 Kids) this was a perfect place for us to visit the area of Cancale. The house is in top shape and offers enough space for a big group. We also enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. Nice beaches are in walking / 10 minutes driving distance.

Großzügiges ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung

Ein großzügiges ruhig gelegenes liebevoll dekoriertes Haus mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung. Der Port Mer mit Restaurants und einem Bistrot sowie der Strand/Plage de Saussaye sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Cancale sind mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großzügigem Essbereich und die sehr große sonnige Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und einem Bereich mit Rattan Sofas. Restaurants und ein Bistrot sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und offene Vermieter sowie eine sehr freundliche und offene Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Familienurlaub

Ruhig gelegen in einem Ortsteil von Cancale mit 500m zum nächsten Strand. Dort gibt es auch 3 Restaurants die man ohne weiterres für einen Imbiss empfehlen kann. Weitere schöne Strände sind ab 800m erreichbar. Geschäfte in 2 km Entfernung. Die großzügige Wohnung ist neu, sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Zudem bietet eine Terrasse Platz zum Grillen und Essen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen erreichbar. Wir sagen besten Dank

Einfach perfekt ... die Gastgeber freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Haus ist mit Verstand und Liebe eingerichtet, die technische Ausstattung (Küche, Haushalt, Internet) ist auf dem neuesten Stand, die Lage perfekt (GR, Strände usw. alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen) oder wie bereits gesagt, einfach perfekt!
