Shocker

We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. Next day power was out for 8 hrs so no AC in 34 degree heat When we opened the sliding doors to let air in dust from a bulldozer 20 metres away put dust through appartment. It's also a bedSit not 1 bedroom appartment . We had to leave we booked another place close to beach better standard it was one thirdof the price. I contacted owner he tried to say all we had to do was turn power on at switch board we are two guys we know what a main switch and switchboard is we obviously tried that the whole building was out.
