Majorcan Holiday Home with Pool, Wi-Fi, Garden and Patio

In the south of the Balearic island Majorca, just a few kilometres south of Campos, lies the holiday home Can Xuri in El Palmar. The 2-storey holiday home, which convinces with its typical Majorcan, old stone walls, offers 300 m² of living space and features a comfortable living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, toys, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside you will find a beautiful patio with a large dining area and a beautifully decorated lounge area. Prepare fresh meals on the covered grill or read a good book in the hammock. The highlight of the accommodation is the 50 m² pool, whose area is equipped with comfortable sun recliners. Enjoy the view of the mountains and let yourself be enchanted by the Mediterranean holiday flair. In addition, you and the small guests of the house have a ping-pong table under a sun shade and a little playground under a shady pergola. You reach a restaurant after 2.7 km or a 4-minute drive and a supermarket after 4.5 km or a 6-minute drive. The beautiful sandy beach, Platja d'es Trenc, is 7 km or an 11-minute drive away. It is one of the most popular beaches of the island and awaits you with turquoise blue water and fine sand.





Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are changed once a week. The garden tools are located in a locked room to avoid incidents and to ensure your safety. The gardener will take care of the garden twice a week. Great nog house

Really good house with lots of space. Beautiful outside and big pool. Near Es Trenc and very private area. Only missing in info from website/owners is that the air conditioner is only on 21 o’clock to 6 in the morning and you need to pay extra. And only one fan in the house. Good to know if you are sensitive to heat waves!

Pros: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch für die Kinder war es optimal. Ein Mietwagen ist aber erforderlich. Cons: Wlan nicht überall ausreichend vorhanden.

Pros: Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier von der Lage genau richtig. Man ist ca. innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von den nächsten Supermärkten entfernt. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Auch der Außenbereich lädt zum gemeinsamen entspannen ein. Cons: Grundsätzlich gibt es absolut nichts, was uns nicht gut gefallen hat, außer einer Sache - die Betten sind hier leider überwiegend sehr unbequem. Die Matratzen sind aus Federkern und diese spürt man leider extremst. Hier wäre es sinnvoll nochmal zu überdenken die Betten mit neuen, gemütlicheren Matratzen auszustatten.

Schönes geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr schönen Pool

Pros: Der Pool war toll und auch die Tischtennisplatte, viel Platz schöne Zimmer Der Grillplatz war schön und auch das er etwas weg vom Haus liegt war mit dem Baby sehr praktisch Cons: Der Geschirrspüler müsste mal überholt werden , er spült nicht richtig und das Geschirr kommt nur mäßig sauber wieder raus Der Grill müsste ein neuen Rost oder so was bekommen

Wunderschön!

Wir hatten als Familie einen super erholsamen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll, landestypisch eingerichtetem Finca! Der Pool ist sensationell, der Grillplatz wurde oft von uns genutzt und die gemütliche Sitzgruppe hat zum relaxen eingeladen! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sind Supermarkt und Strand mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen! Die Kommunikation zwischen Catí und uns war einwandfrei! Schade ist nur, dass die Nutzung der Klimaanlage extra berechnet wird, das ging aus dem Inserat nicht hervor! Wir haben sie jedoch genutzt und es nicht bereut. Ansonsten ist dieses Objekt vorbehaltlos weiter zu empfehlen!

Pros: La casa era enorme y muy bonita. La piscina estaba genial y un detalle dejarnos flotadores y demás Cons: Me pareció mal que nos cobrase el aire acondicionado a parte cuando se suponía que era un servicio de la casa, porque además hacía mucha calor.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt waren leider nur eine Woche da.

Pros: Absolut tolle Lage,man ist schnell am Strand gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super schöne Tavernen und Lokale!!! Cons: Die Betten waren in allen Zimmern sehr hart mit einem guten Topper wäre das Problem schnell gelöst.Hängematte war nicht vorhanden und im dritten Bad leider nur kaltes Wasser!!
