Country house with pool "Cas padrins de Campos" Mallorca

Renovated, rural and quiet traditional villa located just 4 km from Campos, a town in the south of the island. It has supermarkets, such as Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Eroski, Müller, pharmacies, a health center and restaurants. You can walk through their markets.

You will find heavenly beaches a short drive away. In the coastal area of Campos is the magnificent beach of "Es Trenc", in addition to villages in front of the sea. The capital of the island, Palma, and the airport are close by the Ma-19 motorway.

The farm has a large garden, where there are palm trees, a terrace with a swimming pool, lawn, and you can also walk through the terrain, observing the wide variety of trees and plants. Children can have a slide to play on the grass or slide along it and end up taking a dip in the pool. The pool area has a wooden porch and two large umbrellas, sun beds to relax and sunbathe, and a barbecue where you can cook according to your own taste. Two covered terraces offer views of the garden, where you can eat on a large wooden table.

On the ground floor of the house you can find a very bright living-dining room with large windows that overlook the pool, the garden and an interior patio. The living room has sofas, a television and a fireplace, and next door, the dining room with a large table. There is also the fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), and a laundry. On the upper floor two more double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a corner with a desk. The rooftop terrace has wonderful panoramic views of the rural landscape that surrounds the villa.

The house is in excellent condition, newly renovated, preserving the traditional elements such as stone walls, cast iron fireplace, cobbled interior patio and wooden beams. It is clean and tidy.
