Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Experiência ruim

Ruim, banheiro alagando na área de banho, o ralo não drenava a água. Pia entupida, registros do chuveiro saiam na mão quando não cai sobre os pés durante o banho. Portaria ausente e sistema de tag para entrar no hotel na madrugada não funcionou e sem recepcionista ou contato de emergência para auxiliar a resolver, acomodação diferente das fotos e café da manhã com variedade de frutas limitadas.
